Administrative Late Charge. Your account must be paid up in full by the 10th of each month. This includes your monthly HOA fee, your water bill, and any other assessments. If your account is not paid up in full by the 10th, an administrative late charge of $25 will be added to your balance. The U.S. Mail can be unreliable. Consider paying online or enrolling in automatic payments, or keeping a balance on account.
HOA Certificates of Insurance. You, your lender, or your insurance company can immediately obtain evidence of HOA insurance through EOI Direct. Go to EOIdirect.com anytime or call them at 877 456-3643 between 9AM and 8PM weekdays.
Water Bill. The Seldom Seen Acres Condominium Association provides your home’s water. They resell Delco Water Company water to you at cost. Edge Utilities reads your meter and sends you a monthly invoice. Payment is due on the 1st of the month. CPS collects your payment. You can make a separate payment for the water bill, or add it to the monthly HOA fee payment. Sewer service is NOT included in your water bill.

Trash Pickup. Rumpke Waste Removal collects your trash every week under contract to Seldom Seen Acres Condominium Association. The charge is included in your monthly HOA fee. Trash carts are the property of Rumpke. Call them to replace a damaged trash cart.

Cars towed for parking violations. Shamrock Towing has been empowered by the Seldom Seen Acres Condominium Association to tow vehicles that have been parked in violation of our rules.
